Job summary

Green Horizon Fortune Trading Corp. is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance in a Philippines-based role. You will manage GL, AP/AR, payroll, and ensure timely close.

You will drive financial planning, variance analysis, and cash flow management while leading and developing the accounting team. A CPA and strong ERP/Excel proficiency are required for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Certification: CPA license or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Technical skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and month-end or year-end close.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: prepare P&L, balance sheets, and analyze budget variances to guide performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial modeling.
• Compliance & Auditing: coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance (BIR, SEC).
• Treasury & Cash Flow: monitor liquidity, oversee fund management, and optimize working capital.
• Team Leadership: supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff performance.

Key Responsibilities
