Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Manila. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting for multiple business units. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, ensuring accuracy of accounting records, and maintaining compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring cash flow, supporting treasury activities, and optimizing use of financial resources across the group. The Finance Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights for strategic decisions, supervise finance staff, and help improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards relevant to Philippine and international practices.
• Experience with financial systems, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools to analyze data and prepare management reports.
• Ability to lead and develop finance teams, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within diversified or multi-industry organizations.
