About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 7–12 years of proven expertise in financial management and a CPA certification. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including planning, treasury, compliance, and strategic decision support. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and business acumen to ensure financial health, compliance, and sustainable growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial results, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to support data-driven decision-making.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and investment strategies.
- Optimize treasury operations to balance growth and risk.
Controlling & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Develop reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for management.
Compliance, Audit & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory laws.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee internal audits and implement recommendations to strengthen controls.
Strategic Finance & Business Support
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A, capital structuring, and investment analysis.
- Advise leadership on financial implications of business activities and strategies.
- Drive process improvements and automation within finance functions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: CPA mandatory.
- Experience: 7–12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and business planning.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, treasury, audit, and financial controls.
- Advanced Excel, ERP, and financial modeling skills; exposure to BI tools is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and mentor finance teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ownership.
