Trinity Outsourcing Solutions in Batangas City is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function, ensuring statutory compliance, robust internal controls, and accurate financial reporting. This role partners with the General Manager to drive financial performance and governance across local operations.
The role covers FP&A, budgeting, modeling, treasury, and development of the local finance team, with a hybrid onsite + work-from-home arrangement to support operations.
Finance Manager
Location: Batangas City (Hybrid: Regular Onsite Presence + Work-from-Home)
The Finance Manager leads the overall finance function, ensuring statutory compliance, robust internal controls, and financial reporting integrity. Serving as a strategic business partner to the General Manager, this role drives financial performance, cost efficiency, and corporate governance across local operations.
Accounting, Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with IFRS, Philippine laws, and corporate GAAP standards.
Prepare statutory financial statements, lead external audits, and manage regulatory tax filings (BIR, LGU, BOI, BSP, BOC, MARINA).
Execute internal and external financial reporting through ERP systems (MS Dynamics D365 and OneStream).
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for prospective investments and business development.
Deliver clear financial narratives highlighting business risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Operations & Treasury:
Oversee daily operations, including vendor, crew, and employee payroll processing.
Optimize working capital, manage banking relationships, and oversee collections to minimize bad debt.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow and operational efficiency.
Leadership & Business Partnering:
Provide strategic financial guidance to the General Manager, Board, and executive leadership.
Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team.
Promote an organizational culture of integrity, compliance, and cost-consciousness.
Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; active CPA or CA certification required.
Experience: 5-8 years of senior finance experience with direct team management responsibility in an international or matrixed setting.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws, risk frameworks, and regulatory bodies. Proficiency in MS Dynamics D365, OneStream, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
Industry Focus: Prior finance experience in towage, shipping, maritime, or transportation industries is highly preferred.
Languages: Full professional fluency in both Tagalog and English.
