The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in FP&A or corporate finance, a degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel/Sheets skills to produce insightful management reporting and strategic recommendations.
Foodchow is looking for a Finance Manager who will oversee financial planning, analysis, forecasting, risk management, and strategic financial decision-making. This role is focused on providing management with accurate financial insights, business analysis, and forward-looking recommendations to support profitability, sustainable growth, and operational efficiency. This is a non-transactional finance role. Daily cash handling, cash collections, treasury operations, and routine accounting entries are managed by the Accounting and Treasury teams.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business growth and expansion.
Analyze profitability, costs, pricing, business performance, and financial trends; provide actionable recommendations to management.
Identify financial and operational risks, monitor compliance, and strengthen internal financial controls.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations for decision-making.
Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Sales, Operations, and Purchasing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Lead and mentor the finance team in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar managerial/supervisory role.
Experience in FMCG, food distribution, trading, logistics, or a similar industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial planning.
Good understanding of Philippine tax, financial, and corporate compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and financial reporting tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.
Leadership and team management skills.
