The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 3–5 years in finance, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and experience with tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and accounting principles.
• Experience with tax, government compliance, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting activities.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, AR, AP, and expenses.
• Ensure timely government and tax reports and payments.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Review payroll financial requirements and funding; ensure timely processing.
• Monitor client billing, collections, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze financial performance and provide management recommendations.
• Identify cost control and efficiency opportunities.

About the role

The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, proper cash flow management, compliance with accounting and tax requirements, and effective financial planning. The role works closely with Management, Accounting, HR, and Operations to support sound business decisions and maintain the company's financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting activities of the company.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall company expenses.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of government and tax-related reports and payments.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, government agencies, and other financial partners.
• Review payroll-related financial requirements and ensure accurate funding and timely processing.
• Monitor client billing, collections, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to Management.
• Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for cost control and operational efficiency.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry is an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and accounting principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial management software.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems is an advantage.
