Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• 5+ years experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Auditing experience or financial controller experience in large organizations.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close and bookkeeping processes.
• Oversee VAT and CIT filings and cross-border tax issues.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal finance teams.
• Support the launch of new branches and regional entities.
• Oversee local audits and tax compliance.
