MedGrocer is seeking a Finance Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Finance team, identify improvements in finance processes, and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. You will guide a team and shape financial strategies to support growth and innovation.

The role emphasizes compliance with tax laws and collaboration across business units to drive cost-efficiency and strategic outcomes in a mission-driven, Philippines-based company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a finance-related role.
• CPA licensure preferred but not required.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate operations.
• Conducts data-driven analyses and provides actionable insights to business units and top management to drive company growth and savings.
• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance financial systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, including timely tax return preparation, submission, and payments, by keeping up-to-date with BIR rulings and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure is preferred, but not required.
