MedGrocer is hiring a Finance Lead to oversee the Finance team, drive data-driven analyses, and provide strategic financial insights. The role focuses on improving finance processes, ensuring timely tax compliance, and guiding cost-efficient decision-making to support the company’s mission in the Philippines.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, shape financial strategies, and drive initiatives that enhance systems and controls while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• CPA licensure is preferred, but not required.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

Finance Lead directly oversees the daily operations of the Finance team, identifies areas of improvement for finance processes, and provides recommendations. They conduct data-driven analyses and provide insights to business units, which enable cost-efficient and strategic decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications
