Job summary

NEXTKIDNEY SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accountant in the Philippines to blend financial operations with HR duties, ensuring smooth office workflows. You will manage financial operations, payroll, budgeting, and HR administration to support our team.

Responsibilities include handling accounts payable/receivable, maintaining the general ledger, assisting audits and compliance, recruitment, payroll, benefits, HR documentation, vendor relations, and office administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in finance, accounting, HR, or related field.
• Experience in finance and human resources, preferably in a combined role.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR and financial software and tools.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multitasking.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions: AP/AR and general ledger accuracy.
• Manage payroll processing, salaries, benefits, and deductions.
• Assist with audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
