• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; CPA/CMA is a plus.
• Senior finance leadership experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
• Knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and Metro Manila compliance.
• Proficiency with financial systems (ERP) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to mentor teams.

This role manages the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The Head of Finance leads budgeting and forecasting processes, monitors cash flow, and provides financial insights to support strategic planning and business decisions. Daily activities include guiding the finance team, reviewing financial controls, coordinating with external auditors and partners, and implementing process improvements to strengthen financial governance. The role also involves advising senior leadership on financial risks and opportunities, helping shape policies that support sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Reporting, with experience overseeing end-to-end finance operations.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support organizational goals.
• Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to operations in Metro Manila.
