Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in a hands-on or full-spectrum finance role.
• Strong experience in Philippines payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Good working knowledge of Philippine tax requirements, including VAT and withholding tax.
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and financial discipline.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, commissions, allowances, deductions, and other employee payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of statutory contributions and government remittances.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory filings to relevant government authorities.
• Handle VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other applicable tax requirements.
• Manage the processing and recording of vendor invoices and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Support internal and external audit activities and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, payroll, tax and statutory compliance, accounts payable and receivable, and general corporate administration. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely and compliant financial processes, and supporting management with financial information and analysis. The successful candidate will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders on accounting, payroll, tax, audit, and regulatory matters. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced finance professional who is comfortable managing a broad range of accounting and administrative responsibilities independently.

Onsite role: Pasig city
