Job summary

ADEC Innovations PH - Careers is seeking a Data Analyst I – Finance & ERP to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable tasks, and collections via email. The role supports ERP administration and project accounting across multiple client engagements.

You will prepare invoices and statements, communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment issues, and assist in budget preparation and expense management, while maintaining data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, BPO (Finance and Accounting projects), or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Collect via email and manage collections.
• Administer ERP (Deltek Vision): configuration, workflows, reporting.
• Prepare invoices, statements of account and related documents.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management for assigned accounts.
• Set up projects in the accounting system.
• Produce monthly accruals and journal entries.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and documentation.

Education
