Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support daily financial transactions within an ERP system. You will perform data entry, reconciliation, and reporting tasks using integrated software such as SAP or Oracle.

The role requires solid hands-on ERP navigation, advanced Excel skills, and a strong understanding of debit–credit mechanics to maintain data accuracy across ledgers. Attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• ERP navigation experience is required or beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables) for data checks.
• Solid foundation in debit–credit mechanics and bookkeeping.
• High accuracy in numerical data entry to prevent imbalances.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial activities (vendor bills, customer invoices, payments) into the ERP module.
• Match purchase orders, receiving logs, and invoices; assist with tracking customer collections.
• Cross-check subledger balances with the ERP general ledger for accuracy and errors.
• Run trial balances, aging reports, and transaction logs for supervisors.
