• Work with various data files and sort with intermediate Excel skills.
• Update client databases (bank account changes, contact details).
• Assist AP & AR with day-to-day data entry support.
• Respond to client queries over the phone and route to relevant departments.
• Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, calculating and posting journals in the finance system.
• Respond to internal and external queries in a courteous, efficient manner.
