Qualifications

• Two years of experience in financial services operations processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas to analyze and reconcile data.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to identify trends, exceptions, and root causes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client margin and collateral exposures and identify exceptions requiring action.
• Reconcile positions, cash, and margin movements to support accurate daily processing.
• Investigate breaks and valuation differences using internal and third-party information sources.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues, elevate when needed, and track items to closure.
• Maintain risk and control checks, and follow documented procedures to support compliance.
• Document workflows, operating procedures, and control steps to reflect current practices.
• Prepare management reporting, including key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Respond to as needed inquiries from internal partners and clients, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and support delivery of agreed enhancements.

You collaborate with internal teams to investigate breaks, coordinate timely resolution, and improve end-to-end processes. You produce clear reporting and operational insights that help the team deliver consistent outcomes. You document procedures and support change initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk. You communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure priorities, actions, and timelines are understood and met.
