Job summary

DWS Group in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior Finance Business Advisory Analyst (Associate) to support forecasting, planning, and cost restatements for the Infrastructure business units. The role involves leading month-end reviews and ensuring accurate cost journals, with collaboration across Onshore teams.

The position requires a degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. A hybrid working model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial/management reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, planning and cost restatement processes for the Infrastructure business units.
• Lead MECC review calls and month-end cost control checks.
• Coordinate monthly accruals and ensure timely journal submissions.
• Assist SAM Ops data submissions and perform analysis for GLI discussions.
• Prepare management reports and perform QA/peer reviews.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and stakeholder escalations.
