Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a data analyst to manage project data and provide insights to clients on sustainability initiatives. You will collate, verify, analyze, and visualize data to support informed decision-making for improving sustainability performance.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Finance or other relevant tertiary qualifications.
2-3 years degree in engineering (desired but not required), finance or related field.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data validation, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and charts.
Proficient in MS Word and Power Point.
Experience with data visualization tools with Microsoft Power BI will be highly regarded.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to interpret and carry out instructions well.
Deliver tasks within an agreed timeline while following QA procedures.
Familiarity with statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities

Creating spreadsheets, graphs, and reports project performance against key performance.
Collecting and analysing data to identify patterns, trends, insights, and potential solutions.
Using charts, graphs, tables, and other visual representations of data to present findings in an easy-to-understand way to the Sustainability and Climate Change Advisory team and external clients.
Verifying data and making necessary changes.
Reviewing, extracting, aligning, and presenting data obtained from multiple sources.
Assisting more Senior Consultants with the analysis of information.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and other documentation under supervision.
Participating in internal meetings and any other meetings when required.
Continuing professional development through participation in internal knowledge share sessions, informal learning on projects, and formal training.
