Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a financial or analytical role with a heavy focus on data integrity and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with data modeling, pivot tables, and big data handling.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable financial insights and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process large datasets to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and long-term projections.
• Set up and maintain pricing and subcontractor rate files to ensure alignment with contracts and prevent billing discrepancies.
• Validate data mappings across business systems for seamless data transformation and integration.
• Document and maintain system lookup tables to support consistent financial configurations.
• Troubleshoot project setup errors and review budget requests to reflect operational realities.
• Support internal and external audits by following change control procedures and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate special projects and communicate high-impact processing events to Team Leads.
