Job summary

Christ's Commission Fellowship is seeking a Process Analyst to strengthen controls and compliance by documenting policies and processes, collecting business requirements, and delivering trainings. The role focuses on governance and efficiency through standardized workflows and routine self-assessment.

The candidate will collaborate with the C&C Lead to implement controls, research regulatory pronouncements, and support risk mitigation across business processes.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with current and future CCF financial policies and procedures.
• Collect and document business requirements for project and process automation/improvements.
• Create process documentation/workflows for Finance processes.
• Apply process modelling knowledge to document processes.
• Conduct trainings for business users managing business processes.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure policy familiarity and compliance.
