Chooks to Go Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Risk and Controls professional to strengthen financial governance and ensure robust internal controls across the organization.

You will perform risk-based reviews, monitor compliance with policies and regulations, analyze trends, and collaborate with finance and business teams to optimize controls while preserving operational efficiency. Responsabilidades

• Perform risk-based reviews of financial transactions to ensure adherence to control frameworks.
• Review compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Conduct trend analysis and monitoring to identify unusual transactions, risks, or weaknesses.
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to strengthen controls while maintaining efficiency.
• Test process changes, system enhancements, and new initiatives for financial control impact.
• Document and maintain finance risk matrices, process flows, and corrective actions.
• Support incident management by investigating breaches, root causes, and actions.
• Drive continuous improvement campaigns focused on risk reduction and standardization.
• Perform tests of controls (financial/operational) and update the internal control program.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform risk-based reviews of financial transactions and activities to ensure adherence to established control frameworks.
• Review compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Conduct trend analysis and control monitoring activities to identify unusual transactions, emerging risks, or process weaknesses.
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to strengthen control while maintaining operations efficiency.
• Test process changes, system enhancements, and new business initiatives to assess potential financial control impacts.
• Coordinate the documentation and maintenance of finance risk and control matrices, process flows, and recommending corrective actions.
• Support incident management activities by investigating control breaches, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on control optimization, risk reduction, and process standardization.
• Perform test of controls (financial/operational) based on the internal controls program. Update internal control program as needed or when necessary.
