ANZ Securities in Makati City is seeking a Financial Control Specialist to ensure accurate financial reporting, uphold internal controls, and support regulatory compliance. You will lead annual financial statements, drive process improvements, and partner with onshore and external auditors to strengthen governance.

Role requires a finance or accounting degree, CPA preferred, and extensive experience in financial services or regulated environments. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or related discipline; CA/CPA preferred.
• Background in annual financial statement preparation and submission.
• Background in audit is a plus.
• Extensive experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Oversight: ensure accuracy, timeliness, and control compliance.
• Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements and notes; coordinate with auditors.
• Act as Process Owner of centralized Finance Control processes across Manila.
• Serve as primary onshore interface for process, month-end, and control matters.
• Demonstrate learning agility in Finance Control flows and system functionalities.
• Apply accounting standards and policies in day-to-day oversight.
• Drive process improvement: re-engineering, automation, and centralization.
• Identify risks and control gaps; support remediation efforts.
• Support knowledge sharing and capability uplift across the Finance Control team.
