Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Finance Controller in Cebu City to lead financial operations, reporting, and internal controls. This role partners with the CFO and U.S. teams to deliver accurate financials and insights across the organization.

It may also oversee day-to-day Philippines office operations and HR tasks for local staff. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in finance, CPA, US GAAP expertise, and a track record of coordinating cross-border activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is strictly required.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, IAS, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes end-to-end.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Lead internal controls framework and ensure tax compliance in coordination with external advisors.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee Philippines office operations and liaise with U.S.-based leadership.
