Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a highly organised Finance & Clinic Operations Assistant to support our specialist surgical clinic. You will combine finance, clinic operations, executive support and business administration to keep daily activities running smoothly and ensure accurate financial records.

In this role you will process invoices, manage records, assist with patient billing, stock checks and SOP updates while working closely with the doctor and management in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting, finance or administrative experience.
• Experience with bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Organise receipts and supporting documents.
• Monitor clinic inventory and stock checks.
• Support patient billing and financial counselling.
• Prepare monthly accounting documents and reports.
• Maintain financial records and SOP updates.
