Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to oversee initiatives that streamline finance processes within the shared services context. You will lead automation projects from inception to completion and collaborate with finance and business operations to design scalable solutions.

This role requires Lean/CI experience in finance, strong project management and stakeholder skills, and exposure to ERP systems like Oracle and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Accounting/Business
• Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence in a Financial SSC (2–3 years)
• 5–7 years experience in handling Finance processes (AR, AP, R2R, FP&A or Tax)
• Experience in leading a Finance Project
• Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project delivery from start to end
• Define project scope, timeline, deliverables and success criteria
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress, risks and issues
• Streamline finance processes and deliver strategic initiatives
• Provide governance and guidance in implementing finance processes
• Establish metrics to measure process improvements
• Develop understanding of business operations and interdependencies
• Make decisive, timely decisions and drive results
• Build customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Challenge status quo to improve outcomes
• Conduct reasonableness checks on financial results
