2GO Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to oversee initiatives that streamline finance processes within the shared services context. You will lead automation projects from inception to completion and collaborate with finance and business operations to design scalable solutions.

This role requires Lean/CI experience in finance, strong project management and stakeholder skills, and exposure to ERP systems like Oracle and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Accounting/Business
• Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence in a Financial SSC (2–3 years)
• 5–7 years experience in handling Finance processes (AR, AP, R2R, FP&A or Tax)
• Experience in leading a Finance Project
• Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation

Here’s the difference you’ll make

As a CI Project Manager you will o versee and lead several initiatives focused on improving and streamlining finance processes in the shared service context, lead automation of projects within finance from inception until completion, conduct process analysis to capture the challenges and pain-points directly impacting the finance process and agrees on the solution design alongside the finance and business operations counterparts, develop standard finance processes, policies, and methodologies, applying Lean principles. You will also be responsible for change and stakeholder management to ensure project support. You will directly report to Continuous Improvement Lead under FASS.

What You’ll Do (your Mission)

• Direct and manage project delivery from start to end
• Define project Scope, timeline, deliverables and project delivery success criteria
• Conducts regular cadence and communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues
• Streamlining of finance processes, driving efficiency, and delivering strategic initiatives to the business
• Provide governance and expert guidance in the implementation of finance processes by operations
• Establish and maintain a framework that would measure finance processes and quantify improvement results
• Ability to develop a very good understanding of the business operations within the organization and the interdependencies across business functions
• Decisiveness – makes clear‑cut decisions without unnecessary delay, even in tough situations.
• Proactively develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customer. (internal & external)
• Conducts reasonableness check on financial results and other quantitative info (i.e., do the numbers make sense).
• Strong ability to challenge the status quo

Educational Background

• A graduate degree in Accounting/Business educational background, with good accounting knowledge.

Professional Experience

• Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence preferably in a Financial SSC (at least 2-3 years)
• At least 5–7-year experience in handling various finance processes (AR, AP, R2R, FP&A or Tax)
• Experience in leading a Finance Project
• Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in using finance softwares (i.e., Oracle);
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication with relevant Stakeholders/ counterparts
• Ability to articulate thoughts/ideas/issues in an effective manner to be able to drive results
• Time management and prioritization to be able to manage the conflicting priorities, business outcomes
• Lean Six-sigma Trained/Certified is a plus
• PMP trained/certified is a plus
