Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years FP&A and finance partnering experience.
• Experience in global, matrixed environments; pharma/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end labor headcount and compensation forecasting across Corporate entities.
• Partner with FP&A, BU Finance, Corporate Finance, Total Rewards, Benefits, HR, and Corporate Equity teams.
• Drive planning cycles including BP, JU, NU, and Latest Thinking exercises.
• Provide insights on risks, opportunities, trends and financial impacts related to compensation and headcount.
• Lead a team delivering Compensation Planning and Actuals operations.
• Support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
