Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks a Finance Business Controller to support Germany’s CoE Management Reporting & Business Advice. You will deliver financial analysis, planning, and management reporting with direct visibility to Board and Senior Management.

Balancing Manila execution with Germany-led priorities, you’ll communicate insights and drive cost management using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and related tools in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a relevant professional certification or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, business controlling, finance advisory, cost management, or management reporting.
• Experience in banking, retail banking, financial services, technology, shared services, or another multinational organization is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Germany- or Europe-based stakeholders is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance advisory and analytical support partner for FBA Germany, helping stakeholders understand financial performance, cost movements, forecast changes, and key business drivers.
• Prepare, analyze, and validate actuals, forecasts, Dynamic Planning inputs, and management reporting outputs with focus on timeliness, accuracy, and reliability.
• Support cost management activities, including cost trend analysis, run-rate analysis, savings tracking, cost allocation review, and business case support for efficiency initiatives.
• Develop clear financial commentaries and management narratives that explain variances, risks, opportunities, and expected financial impacts.
