Job summary

Bosch Philippines seeks a seasoned Controller to strengthen our Finance and Controlling function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost monitoring, and reliable planning. You will work with the Controller to analyze results and support sound business decisions across Bosch’s diverse operations in the Philippines.

The role covers monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and internal controls, with emphasis on data accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent is required.
• CPA certification is required or highly preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant controlling/accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Propose journal entries and allocate costs to departments.
• Prepare and validate financial reports and management information.
• Perform variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast.
• Support reconciliation and follow-up of open financial items.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain planning files and documentation.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support decisions.
