Job summary

Sun Life Philippines seeks a Finance Automation Lead to drive process optimization across financial workflows. You’ll partner with Finance and IT to identify opportunities and steer automation projects to successful outcomes.

You’ll implement automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx and Power Automate, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and train Finance users while coordinating with stakeholders. This role leads the Finance Automation effort and reports to the Finance Leadership.

Qualifications

Ability to collaborate with Finance and IT to identify automation opportunities.
Experience in implementing automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx or similar tools.
Ensure data quality, integrity and regulatory compliance for finance data.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize automation opportunities with Finance and IT teams.
Implementation and maintenance of automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx and Power Automate.
Data management: ensure accuracy, integrity and security of Finance data.
Provide training and user support for Finance tools.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and Sun Life policy requirements.
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams for integrated automation solutions.
Lead the Finance Automation initiatives and coordinate stakeholder communications.
