Job summary

Datacom in the Philippines is hiring an AI and Automation Lead for Finance Operations Transformation to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that streamline reconciliations, reporting, and controls. You will partner with Finance leads to reimagine workflows and embed intelligent automation into the finance operating model.

You will drive end-to-end transformation, build dashboards and data pipelines, and lead change management with Finance Ops.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building or deploying AI solutions, automation tools, or data driven systems.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving change in complex organizations.
Preferred proven experience in transformation, process improvement, or automation roles.
Experience working with finance automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled tools within finance operations.

Responsibilities

Designing, building, and deploying AI agents and automation solutions to streamline finance processes.
Developing scalable AI capabilities leveraging modern tools and data pipelines.
Partnering with the Finance team to identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with automated workflows.
Driving end-to-end finance transformation initiatives from idea to adoption.
Establishing best practices for continuous improvement in finance operations.
