Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Taguig is seeking a Finance Automation Specialist to collaborate across Finance and IT to identify automation opportunities and drive the automation roadmap. You will design, build and maintain automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx, and emerging tools while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will train Finance teams, provide user support, and coordinate with global and local stakeholders to deliver impactful automation solutions that improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Identify automation opportunities with Finance and IT and prioritize the pipeline.
• Design, build, test and implement automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx and future tools like Power Automate.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security of Finance data within automated tools.

Participate in discussions with stakeholders, assist in securing buy-ins / approvals and help in managing stakeholder expectations.* **Implementation and Maintenance** – Conceptualize, design, ideate, build, test, implement automations and process automations using tools such as Excel VBA, Alteryx and other tools that may be adopted in the future (e.g. Power Automate).* **Data Management** – Accountable for the quality, integrity, and security of Finance data within the automated tools. This involves ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory and Sun Life policy requirements* **Training and User Support** – Provide training to Finance team members on how to use the tools effectively.
