Sun Life is seeking a Finance Automation Lead in Taguig to identify and prioritize automation opportunities with Finance and IT. You will conceptualize and deploy automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx, and Power Automate, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Training will be provided to Finance staff, and you’ll collaborate across regional IT teams. You will act as the team lead for Finance Automation, guiding junior members and managing stakeholder communications to deliver

Qualifications

Experience identifying automation opportunities with Finance and IT.
Ability to design, build and implement automations using VBA, Alteryx and Power Automate.
Strong data management skills with attention to compliance and governance.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with Finance and IT to identify automation opportunities and prioritize the pipeline.
Design, build, test and implement automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx, and Power Automate.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security and regulatory compliance of Finance data.
Provide training and ongoing support to Finance team.
Ensure compliance and controls for automated processes.
Coordinate with PH BU IT, RO IT, Finance Enablement, and Corporate teams on integration.
Lead Finance Automation initiatives and guide junior team members.
