PM Consulting is seeking a Finance Process Automation Specialist to improve finance operations by building technology-driven solutions. The role focuses on automating repetitive tasks, enhancing data accuracy, and strengthening controls to boost financial reporting efficiency.

The position, based in BGC, Taguig, offers hybrid work arrangement with weekdays schedule, and requires collaboration with finance stakeholders to design and implement automation across Excel, Alteryx, and Power Automate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in finance operations, financial reporting, process improvement, data analytics, automation development, or a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, data manipulation, and reporting techniques.
• Experience with Excel VBA, macros, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable automation and data workflow tools.
• Understanding of finance processes, financial data management, reconciliations, reporting procedures, or internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into workable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Finance Process Assessment and Improvement: Review existing finance workflows to identify manual, repetitive, time-consuming, and error-prone activities that could benefit from automation.
• User Training and Operational Support: Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials for implemented automation solutions.
• Automation Design, Development, and Implementation: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions that support finance operations and reporting activities.
• Finance Data Management and Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of financial data processed through automated solutions.
• Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Compliance: Incorporate appropriate internal controls into automation solutions to reduce operational risks and ensure compliance.
