Job summary

InspireX, a software services company for the global AV industry, seeks a Finance Associate to supportTransaction processing, reconciliations, invoicing and compliance from Cebu, Philippines. The role collaborates with local and international teams, handling month-end activities and intercompany processes.

A detailed, organized finance professional will own recurring tasks with minimal supervision. The position offers a hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), exposure to global entities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Around 1–3 years' relevant experience in accounting, finance operations or a similar role.
• Practical experience with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and month-end activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Drive, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Strong written and spoken English and ability to collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new processes, systems and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Book and maintain financial transactions for assigned entities, including accruals and month-end entries.
• Review transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process supplier and employee finance-related transactions incl. payments and advances.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and schedules.
• Prepare finance information and reports for senior team members.
