Job summary

SF Express Philippines Inc. is seeking a finance professional to manage accounts payable and treasury activities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, COD reconciliations, and strict adherence to internal controls.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, monitor cash flows, prepare AP and COD reports, and support audits. The role requires a bachelor's in accounting/finance and at least two years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Accounting, or Finance Operations.
• Experience in invoice processing, payment applications, reconciliation, and cash management.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information and work with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices and payment requests on time.
• Verify documents, approvals, and payment terms.
• Perform invoice matching and documentation control.
• Monitor AP transactions and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation.
• Prepare AP reports for audits.
• Manage COD transactions, applications, collections, and settlements.
• Record COD transactions accurately and reconcile.
• Coordinate with HQ cashier for COD remittance.
• Maintain COD custody under policies.
• Prepare COD monitoring and variance reports.
• Assist audits and compliance for treasury and COD.
