Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing all purchases and refunds.
• Analyzing purchases by expense type.
• Obtain invoice authorization.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and evidence of receipt.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve differences.
• Handle supplier account queries promptly.
• Monitor accruals for management accounts.
• Assist with purchasing, cash management and budgeting.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
