Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing all purchases (supplier invoices) and refunds (credit notes).
• Analyzing purchases by expense type.
• Obtaining invoice authorization.
• Match invoices with purchase orders.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve differences.
• Deal with supplier account queries via telephone, email and fax.
• Monitor accruals for management accounts.
• Assist with purchasing, cash management, and budgeting.
• Maintaining historical records by microfilming and filing documents.

Skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

Strong organization and project management skills

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Education
