Job summary

Laus Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking an accounting professional to manage receivables, ensure records accuracy, and support inter-company reconciliations. The role is based in San Fernando, Pampanga and requires attention to process compliance and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree with at least two years of accounting experience and is familiar with financial analysis, VAT reconciliation, and reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures and monitors reports and process flow compliances of Team Members
• Ensure correctness and completeness of records
• Facilitates Inter-company reconciliation and clean up of receivables from Affiliates
• Prepares Consolidated VAT Reconciliation Report and Uploads the same in the system
• Reporting of AR in Violation to No Credit Policy
• Emails Receivables Aging over 60 Days
• Submission of SSS Claims Schedule to HR Department
• Conducts and send report for Quarterly Fixed Assets Physical Count and Reconciliation
• Consolidation of PIT ReportMonitors timely uploading of Peach Tree Back Up in the QNAP
• Emails at least 2 Policy Reminders
• Assist/Guide Operations on tasks pertinent to Receivables and Revenues

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accounting, Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting.

• Knowledgeable in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems & procedures.

• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.
