Job summary

United Asia Automotive Group Inc. is seeking a Finance Assistant to support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis in our Quezon City office. The role includes preparing monthly and quarterly reports, maintaining budget vs. actuals, and ensuring data integrity.

You will work full-time, on-site, 45 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning vendor data, attachments, and ISO compliance while keeping information confidential. Fresh graduates are welcome with relevant background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1-year experience on a related field but fresh graduates are welcome
• Posseses strong computer literacy and attention to details
• Able to showcase financial literacy

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting and data analysis.
• Prepare monthly budget reports for UAAGI, FMPI, and CHERY.
• Update yearly comparative report per department budget vs actual.
• Prepare quarterly budget vs actual expenses per department for management references.
• Ensure completeness of attachments and justification for additional budget requests.
• Check additional budget requests and endorsement for VP for Finance.
• Secure copies and monitor monthly load allowance.
• Secure copy and monitoring of monthly fuel allowance for service vehicles.
• Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
• Ensure ISO compliance.

1. Assist in financial reporting, perform data analysis, and etc.

5. Ensures the completeness of attachment and justification for proper evaluation of additional budget request
6. Checking of additional request for budget of requesting department and endorsed for approval of VP for Finance
7. Secureacopy and monitoring of monthly load allowance
8. Secure Copy and monitoring of monthly fuel allowance assignedto allservice vehicle in reference for accurate budget and expenses reporting
9. Secure and keep all information confidential at all times
10. ISO Compliance
