Job summary

United Asia Automotive Group Incorporated in Quezon City is seeking an Accounting Officer for a full-time, on-site role. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or poultry operations.

You will maintain accurate financial records, monitor costs, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and support management with timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years accounting experience; agriculture/manufacturing/poultry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with tax compliance, cost accounting and inventory management.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; strong communication skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records of the poultry farm, monitoring and analyzing farm-related costs (feeds, chicks, medications), ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, supporting operational decision-making through timely and reliable financial reporting, and overseeing basic HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day-farm operations. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention bto detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, and effective communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• At least 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or poultry operations is an advantage; experience in handling inventory and cost accounting is preferred
• Basic accounting principles and financial reporting; cost accounting and inventory management; tax compliance and regulatory requirements; familiarity with basic HR functions (timekeeping, payroll support, employee records management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and accuracy; proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; good communication skills
