Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a seasoned Manager for its Business Architects & Project Management Office in Mandaluyong. You will oversee transformation programs, focusing on Finance Asia, partnering with FP&A, IBS leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive disciplined execution and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience in project/program management or transformation.
• Proven experience leading Finance end-to-end transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• PM Certification is a plus and beneficial for role.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance Asia transformation programs from planning to value tracking.
• Translate priorities into project plans, milestones, and accountable owners.
• Drive day-to-day execution across Finance workstreams and resolve blockers.
• Establish governance routines, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage risks/dependencies.
• Support leadership with concise, actionable reporting and insights.
• Promote standard PMO practices and continuous improvement.
