Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end finance transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with lean tools, process mapping, automation support, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance Asia transformation programs from planning to implementation, stabilization, and value tracking.
• Convert priorities into clear project plans, milestones, owners, timelines, risks, and success metrics.
• Drive day-to-day execution across Finance workstreams and ensure timely decisions.
• Maintain governance routines, executive updates, and reporting for assigned programs.
