Job Description:

• Responsible for effective cash and credit management by consistently getting 98% or above effective collection rate.
• Responsible for financial reports, analysis, budget including timely presentation of actual result to management.
• Effective handling of government compliance, audit, and bank and financing company compliance requirements.
• Reviews the accuracy of billing of vehicles, services and parts.
• Manages and reports cash flows to ensure availability of funds, maximize investment income or minimized interest cost.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payables and disbursement.
• Supervises and coordinates all general administrative services activities within the dealership.
• Negotiate bank rates, dealer’s income, and vehicle sales financing promotions.
• Coordinates with the heads of banks all financing and direct marketing transaction concerns and issues of the dealership.
• Responsible for financing orientation process and updates to vehicle sales.
• Ensures all internal control policies and procedures are strictly followed.
• Responsible cible all approval of adjustments, cancellation of documents related to cash and parts inventory and service‑related transaction. Make sure to analyze and review the adjustment/cancellation prior to approval.
• Responsible in the documentation of opening transaction with partner financing bank to include crediting receivable in financing and bank PO transactions. Make sure also to negotiate with other accredited company accounts. And secure online process payments with the bank in bills online process.
• Fraud and various another investigating committee member.
• Knowledgeable in SAP.
