Key Responsibilities
- Record, monitor, and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, official receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank accounts and company financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash position reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and government remittances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Track expenses and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
- Maintain organized accounting and finance files and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
- Assist management by providing financial information and recommendations.
- Perform other accounting, finance, and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting and finance experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and government compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
