Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assisting in the budgeting process and monitoring financial performance against budgets.
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in financial statements.
• Collaborating with auditors during financial audits and ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Account Receivables, Account Payables, Petty Cash Fund, Reimbursement, Billing and Collection, Cash Advances and liquidation of cash advances.
• Daily Cash Position, Budget Forecasting, Bank Reconciliation, Tax Compliance, Payroll and Mandatory Benefits, Online Banking.
• Progress Billing of Construction Industry, Monthly and Year-end closing, Bookkeeping, and filing BIR Returns (VAT & NON-VAT).
• Handling BIR audit and LOA, Transfer of Real property Title and Taxes, Business Permits, and recommending Accounting Policies and Processes, Financial Reporting.
