Senior Finance Analyst
The Senior Finance Analyst will support world‑class financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis, focusing on supporting the G&A function.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and Accounting to set budgets and report monthly expenses.
- Collaborate with G&A functions to make strategic growth decisions.
- Analyze and report on financial results and key metrics – distilling/synthesizing key trends and assessing current and future business risk.
- Perform analysis over complex data sets for senior company leadership.
- Prepare month‑to‑month reporting for the CFO, including variance analysis and commentary updates.
- Support executive reporting and drive automation, leveraging AI tools to streamline manual Excel‑based processes.
- Strengthen model accuracy and transparency in partnership with G&A by validating assumptions, refining logic, and aligning with forecasted sales.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in a high‑growth technology or software/SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including managing in‑period pacing of expenses.
- Strong analytical and process‑oriented skills, with the ability to break financial processes into specific tasks.
- Project‑management and organizational skills, including ability to partner with Accounting and FP&A teams across the organization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills—clear and succinct prose, presentations, and verbal communication at multiple levels.
- Independent work capability and ability to collaborate with other departments.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work on night shift (8am –5pm PST).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Cubao and Ortigas.
