Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our finance team supporting a diverse group of companies in real estate, coworking, and professional services. The role focuses on organizing, consolidating, and analyzing financial reports to support management decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate across entities. CPA is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or consolidation, ideally within a group of companies or multi-entity setup
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data consolidation); experience with financial systems/ERPs is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and entities
• Experience in real estate, coworking, or professional services industries is a plus
• CPA or progress toward CPA is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Organize and consolidate financial reports from multiple entities within the group
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and management reports
