The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's financial health by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to inform strategic decision-making. This role involves preparing detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, evaluating investment opportunities, and identifying trends and variances to improve financial performance.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate reporting, implements process improvements, and provides insights to support financial planning, management, and investor relations.

What you'll do:

• Gathers and analyses financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepares detailed financial reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings, and recommendations.
• Assists in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Evaluates investment opportunities and provides recommendations based on financial modeling and analysis.
• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or any related field.
• Has minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
• Strong background in financial management, financial planning and analysis, financial policies, investors relations, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in financial software applications, spreadsheets, and databases, such as Excel or similar tools.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
