UHBI - PARAÑAQUE DOCTORS HOSPITAL is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial reporting and planning for the organization in Manila. The role focuses on monthly statements, budget consolidation, PPE analyses, and coordination with auditors and regulators to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

The position involves preparing OPEX and CAPEX analyses, developing financial models, and presenting findings to management and board stakeholders, with a view to improving financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for MPIC.
• Analyze hospital and departmental financial performance against budget, forecasts, and historical results.
• Prepare OPEX, CAPEX, and other income analysis and reports.
• Consolidate departmental budgets and prepare organizational budget reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models and standardized reporting templates.
• Prepare quarterly reports for SEC and MPIC.
• Manage Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) schedules.
• Prepare draft financial statements and coordinate audit requirements with SGV.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements of SEC, SGV, MPIC, and PSA.
• Prepare financial presentations for management, Department Heads, and Board Meetings.
• Investigate financial inconsistencies and ensure proper accounting procedures.
• Perform other financial analyses and special projects as assigned by management.
